Requests are received Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Holidays. Please allow for up to 10 calendar days after the business day your request has been received for your request to be processed.
If additional information is required, you will be contacted by a member of the SFFD Division of Fire Prevention & Investigation.
All reports will be e-mailed. If an e-mail address is not provided, reports will be sent via US mail.
