The San Francisco Fire Department provides members of the public access to Department public records as permitted by the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance and the California Public Records Act.
Fire Department Inspection/Violation/Permit Records
Requests to review and receive copies of inspection, fire code violation, and permit records for a property within San Francisco should be directed to the Bureau of Fire Prevention: Property File Research (Inspection/Violation/Permit History).
