Annual Smoke Alarm Information Notice (Residents/Tenants)

Required by all owners of buildings intended for human occupancy with one or more rented or leased units.

Building owners shall provide all tenants with the Annual Smoke Alarm Information Notice and each year thereafter by January 31st.

Owner shall provide, as a separate appendix, a list of tenants’ rights organizations that provide counseling on issues related to fires.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

The Annual Smoke Alarm Information Notice shall be posted in a common area on each floor in all Apartment Houses.

Compliance Date = January 31, 2017 and every year thereafter
