Emergency Canteen & Disaster Feeding Operations is a 3‑hour, hands‑on CERT course module that introduces citizens to the fundamentals of providing safe, efficient food and hydration support during emergencies and disasters. Participants learn how disaster canteens operate, basic food safety principles in austere conditions, volunteer roles and limitations, and how feeding operations integrate into the broader emergency response system.
