Proposed Fire Department Administrative Bulletins - 2019
Per San Francisco Fire Code (Section 104.1.2), the Fire Code Official has determined that it is appropriate to revise the Administrative Bulletins listed in the table below.
The Fire Department shall post the proposed new and revised Administrative Bulletins on its website for 30 days for public comment, and provide notice of the Administrative Bulletins to parties who have registered to receive notice.
Members of the public may submit written comment on any newly proposed or revised Administrative Bulletin. Written comments are to be sent to the following:

The Department will be receiving written comments during the 30 day posting period.
After the 30 day posting period, the Fire Code Official shall conduct a public hearing on the proposed Bulletins. The Department will consider all oral and written comments and prepare final versions of the proposed Administrative Bulletins. The Fire Commission shall approve any proposed new or revised Administrative Bulletin at a noticed meeting. An Administrative Bulletin shall not be effective until approved by the Fire Commission. The Fire Code Official and the Fire Commission may amend the proposed Bulletins during the approval process without re-posting the Bulletins for 30 days.
The Department anticipates conducting the public hearing on January 28, 2020.
