2.      Case No. 2015-05:  hearing on suspension appeal
Hearing on employee suspension appeal in accordance with Article 40, Section 4005 of the Rules and Regulations.  The appeal is from a six-day suspension for violation of the Rules and Regulations as follows:

         Section 3909 – False Reports

         Section 3919 – Proper Behavior

         Section 3923 – Acts Detrimental to the Welfare of the Department

         Section 3924 – Disobedience

         Section 3925 – Insubordination

           
This case may be heard in closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b) and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(b).

A.        Public Comment on Agenda Item 2; Possible Closed Session

Members of the public may comment on all matters pertaining to Agenda Item 2, including anything pertaining to the suspension appeal and whether to hold the hearing in closed session. 

B.        Decision by Hearing Officer on whether to hold the hearing in closed session.

C.        Hearing on suspension appeal (in open or closed session per the Hearing Officer’s decision)

D.        If closed session is held, reconvene in open session
