Form 802 - Ceremonial Role Events and Ticket/Pass Distributions

The California Form 802 serves as a mandatory disclosure document for state and local government agencies to report the distribution of tickets or passes to events. This transparency measure ensures proper oversight of public resources and maintains accountability in government operations.

City officials must report all complimentary tickets according to FPPC guidelines. Form 802 must identify both officials receiving tickets and those who receive tickets at officials' request.
