What Do Neighborhood Coordinators Do? Briefly, NERT asks Coordinators to:

Act as a contact person for NERT members in your neighborhood.
Encourage your neighbors to get NERT training.
Participate in San Francisco NERT drills, training classes, and other events as time permits, and encourage your team members to do so.
Help set up and staff a staging area in your neighborhood after a disaster, if you are safe and able to do so.
